As the founder of AMBIT Performance Coaching, I bring over two decades of diverse leadership experience spanning finance, technology, international real estate, higher education, and ministry. My foundation is built on a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Consulting, supported by multiple master’s degrees in business, accounting, finance, and international real estate. Throughout my career, I’ve led strategic transformations using the Baldrige Excellence Framework and served in executive leadership roles where I helped organizations and individuals grow with clarity, discipline, and measurable results. My professional path has always been defined by high performance and purpose.

Beyond business, I am a committed Christian evangelist and former adolescent athlete who understands the power of faith, mindset, and resilience. Having overcome personal loss early in life, I know firsthand what it means to rise through adversity. Whether I’m coaching an executive, training a young athlete, or guiding a leader toward transformation, I approach every session with integrity, experience, and a deep passion for helping others become the highest version of themselves.
